HelloFreshHubble Contacts, the Society for Human Resource ManagementHebrew NationalReddiWipUntuckit, and Volvo have joined a growing list of companies that have distanced themselves from Sean Hannity’s Fox News program by either removing their ads or indicating that they will not advertise on his show in the future. The Society for Human Resource Management went a step further and ceased advertising on Fox News entirely. The departures come as Hannity continues to run interference for Roy Moore by undermining and maligning the women who spoke out against the Alabama Senate candidate.

Media Matters President Angelo Carusone, who works directly with advertisers and media buyers, issued the following statement:

We’ve been warning advertisers and media about the risks of associating with Sean Hannity for months. Increasingly they are recognizing those warnings and excluding his show from their ad buys.

Advertisers began leaving Hannity’s show during the summer due to his volatility and conspiracy theory peddling. The latest flare-up by the host — who has literally been encouraging his viewers to destroy and boycott a product that is still being advertised on other Fox News shows — is yet another example demonstrating that his volatility is bad for business.

But it’s what Hannity does on his show that is totally unacceptable and that’s driving advertisers away.

Advertisers that remain with Hannity now are choosing to be stuck in an endless string of controversies. Many have decided it’s not worth the damage to their brands to associate themselves with Hannity. Based on the conversations I’ve had in the past few days, I am totally confident that many more will part ways with Hannity in the days ahead.

Today HelloFresh tweeted that it does “not advertise on or around Sean Hannity’s shows” and suggested that any ads that ran on Hannity’s show were run in error. Hubble, one of Hannity’s most frequent advertisers, reported that it had “no future plans to advertise on Hannity.” The Society for Human Resources Management tweeted “As of Friday, November 10th @SHRM is not running ads on Fox.” ReddiWip and Hebrew Nationaleach tweeted that they “removed Hannity” from their advertising plans.

At least ten companies have distanced themselves from Hannity’s Fox News program in response to his ongoing public support for Roy Moore, who has been reported for preying on underage girls.

Media Matters has called on Hannity’s advertisers to stop financially supporting his lies and extremism and warned that his volatility made him a business risk. The ten companies reacting to Hannity’s support for Moore join Cadillac and E-Trade, among other brands, that no longer wish to be associated with the Fox host. Hannity’s advertiser losses from the late summer are part of the reason Fox News’ ad revenue dropped a whopping 17 percent in September 2017 as compared to September 2016, while CNN’s dipped 1 percent and MSNBC’s increased 2 percent. HERE are Sean Hannity’s current advertisers.

Kudos to the advertisers. Unfortunately, AG Sessions, the man prone to convenient mental lapses, wants to go after Hillary Clinton again. Too bad advertisers can’t boycott the Trump administration.

Actually, they can and may are. Many companies have specifically instructed their people to NOT use Teflon Donnie branded properties for meetings, conventions, etc.

See various Sports Teams. There was a list of those dropping Trump properties about a month ago. Lots of NFL Teams have stopped using Trump Hotels.

My favorite was an NFL Player, I forget who, who paid for his own hotel room when his Team was using a Trump hotel.

Now I want to see some MAGA type trash his Volvo over their reconsidering advertising on Hannity. THAT is something I would almost be willing to take the time from my day to watch!

Imagine if you would that there was a corporeal entity called “Satan”. And that he had in mind to devise a means to mislead humanity from following a path characterized by an upright and noble character, infused with a spirit of humility. And furthermore, he would concoct a plan to misdirect humanity to follow an alternate path with all the opposite qualities of the 1st path, littered with tales of untold wealth to be gained, placed advertisements on this path on how to gain dominance over others, along the entire stretch of this alternative path, provide mechanisms for creating mistrust, animosity, fear of the unknown as improvised I.E.D.’s, and speakers wired lauding the “values” of hate-mongering, conspiracies, and fear of others—the unwanted members of humanity simply on the basis of skin color, ethnicity, religion, and provenance.

What one would have is a diabolical creation called “FOX & Friends”. And the “friends” would be mindless robotic myrmidons eager to tread the path, like rats following the Pied Piper of Hamelin.

Now that the thoroughly defiled and satanic minions like Ailes and O’Reilly have departed the fetid swamp called FOX, Sean has taken on the role of the public face of FOX. Everything associated with FOX, and about FOX, is a scourge and a pox on humanity. This is an infestation with a high morbidity rate, and TV and social media have been willing vectors for propagating this malaria-like infection.

Conservative politics is the harlot that helped spawn this beast, and conservatives nourish this child which should have been aborted decades ago. Alas, the horse has been out of the barn for so long that the disease is now endemic, spanning the continental US, and with tentacles in outlying regions such as Alaska.

Oh this is too funny not to mention, what with all the “viral” Keurig owners smashing their coffee makers in “outrage”.
Will Hebrew National users eat non-kosher hot dogs?
Will Reddiwip users stop doing whippets?
Will Volvo owners run their cars into walls?
It is about time advertisers stepped up to slap down people like Hannity and media outlets like what Fox Cable News has morphed into.
All this now make me wonder a huge “What If”.
What if we had internet back in the 1930s? Would Hitler have been able to get away with what he did because reporting of his behavior wouldn’t have been so delayed.
It’s just a question, but sometimes my mind goes there!
