Endorse This: Trump’s New Ad — All The Donald’s Hostility In 30 Seconds

Donald Trump is spending $2 million on this ad, targeted at the two pivotal states of Iowa and New Hampshire with just a month before they cast their votes.

And Trump’s strategy is not subtle: He’s taken all the awful and absurd things that he’s said over the course of his campaign — and boiled them down to a dense TV spot-sized serving of venom. In this half-minute of hate, the Trump campaign manages to rail against both Muslims and Mexican immigrants, and to repeat The Donald’s vow to go to war in the Middle East to “take their oil.”

Despite the many condemnations that Trump’s statements get from the political establishment, the polls so far have indicated this is all a real hit with Republican voters. So be afraid — be very afraid.

“The politicians can pretend it’s something else,” the announcer says, “but Donald Trump calls it ‘radical Islamic terrorism.’ That’s why he’s calling for a temporary shutdown on Muslims entering the United States, until we can figure out what’s going on. He’ll cut the head off ISIS — and take their oil. And he’ll stop illegal immigration by building a wall on our Southern border — that Mexico will pay for.”

We have always helped the mentally ill and the poor. Only in the last ten years have we closed mental health facilities. Education cost per student is higher than it has ever been and we are graduating children who cannot read or write. So what is your problem? As far as insurance goes, most people are worse off and more people are on food stamps than ever before. Get out and live in other peoples reality for a change.

            Reply
          15. bobnstuff January 4, 2016

You really should check you facts Mental health facilities have been closing since Reagan. The number of people on food stamps is going down now that the economy is picking up although Obama has no say one way or another there since food stamps are run by the states using money from Washington. As far as insurance the rate of growth of cost has been slowed although it’s private companies that set the rates, not the government. Our education system needs major changes but no one is willing to do what needs done. The biggest problem has nothing to do with the schools but the parents thinking it’s the schools job and not theirs to educate their children. As far as living in the real world I guess I talk to maybe a hundred people a day from all walks of life. I don’t know why is is but people like to tell me their problems and about their lives, even when it has nothing to do with my job.

Matter of fact, she is one of these people that has a different standard for right wing presidents than she does for Democrats. Bet you don’t know how really bad it was during both the Reagan administration and the Bushes. Especially GW. Remember when John McCain wanted to put a pause on campaigning so he could go back to the Senate because the economy was crashing in 2008 while they were running for president? I bet you blame that on Obama … But he didn’t take office until Feb, 2009.
            Everything is waaaay better now.
But by all means elect another republican to ruin our economy. Especially a big egotistical bigot that doesn’t know how government works that wants to “Make America Great Again” whatever THAT means. I hate to think.

It’s a pendulum Bob. Goes back and forth. Unions helped put the auto manufacturers out of business by demanding more and more until we were unable to compete on the world platform. Big business caved and here we are. Trump will balance out the equation

            Reply
          2. bobnstuff January 4, 2016

The reason our companies have problems competing is because of our stupid way of financing our health care. All the countries we compete with have national health care so the companies aren’t stuck with the cost for their workers or their retired workers healthcare costs. I grow up in a union household and watched US Steel destroy themselves and try to blame it on the union. As far as the auto industry, look at the product, We built big cars when the world needed and wanted small cars. Instead of retooling factories we built factories in other countries. You do know that the countries that took the auto industry away from us have strong unions.

          3. Jim Samaras January 4, 2016

Healthcare aside Bob, the companies caved to the union demands for too long, not thinking or knowing that eventually there would be competition from the rest of the world. We were the only game in town for 40 years after WWII and they thought it would never change. Look at the product? Not only did it not fit the direction we were going in, it sucked. The Japanese economy has not been strong for 20 plus years and I know nothing of their unions but they built a quality car and priced it an affordable level. Now Korea? They pay nothing to their workers which is why it’s difficult to compete here

            Reply
          4. bobnstuff January 4, 2016

Korea is still new to the auto industry by world standards by the time they got here it was over for the most part. Korean auto workers are unionized and have been for a while. It was Germany and Japan that took the bit out of the US auto makers, both countries have unions. Today the average US auto worker make $28 per hour and the average Japanese worker makes $24 per hour. It was in the 70 that the Japanese had their largest gains and it was in 1970 that their industries were unionized. It was in the late 50’s that VW made their start here. Even then they had a strong union. The Americans tried to compete but they didn’t understand the market. Compare the Ford Falcon to the VW Beetle. It’s nice to blame the unions but in the end it was the product that hurt.

Funny thing more welfare goes to states run by republicans. It’s also interesting to remember most welfare is run by the states not the fed. Washington gives the money to the states and the states spend it. So I guess if you live in a republican run state you stand a better chance of being poor.

Jim please take the time and look at where the welfare money goes and who gets it. You seem to believe that it goes to people sitting back and waiting for their check but in fact that hasn’t been the case for some time if in fact it ever was. Most people on welfare are either children, the elderly, single mothers or the working poor. There are a lot of the members of our military that get food stamps. Most Walmart employees can get them and do. It’s not a conservative or liberal thing it’s people in need. Just so you know you can’t really live on welfare for the most part. It’s enough to keep you alive but not by much. Could you eat on $4.50 per day. In my state you can only get cash if you have a minor in the household. Please do some real research on the subject.

Bob, do you not believe that 50% of the money spent on welfare, if scrutinized, could be better spent on the people that REALLY needed it? The elderly, veterans, children and the working poor? I agree that there are some that desperately need help and am willing to do so but there are some who have made a career of popping out one puppy after another knowing that they are the “breadwinner” of the family at 20 years old and grandma perpetuates this attitude because of 60 years of government subsidies and is teaching the “trade” to the new generation. All I’m saying is change the system so that it no longer rewards this way of existence to the new generation that cannot be sustained.

There are people scamming every system but the number isn’t all that big. Most welfare goes out as aid to dependent children, Food stamps and medicaid. Most of the people getting the aid truly need it. Check the numbers. If you can work you have a max of three years you can collect. If you don’t have a minor in the house you don’t get cash, only food stamps. That law was passed in the nineties. Google Welfare myths and see what you get. Yes there are cheaters and if you want to stop them get more workers in the office to check on people. Right now you can get food stamps in my state without ever seeing a human. In all the budget cuts the case loads have gotten to an unworkable level. I know of a case that the paperwork got lost and they just gave it to the person. I have heard all the stories and spent some time trying to find the truth. The welfare queen that Reagan talked about never was real, it was a lie, check it out.

As usual, you have it wrong. Trump was the biggest individual loser in all 4 of his reorganizations. Businesses make and lose money on jobs. Contractors regularly lose money on deals when they underbid on contracts. It’s safe to say that no person took a bath, other than Trump, on his 4 reorganizations. Obama, on the other hand, caused millions to lose great amounts of money on the bailouts. Many retirees lost their major source of income. Many more had to delay their retirement, if they could even retire at all, when their live’s savings went to zero!

Trump paid them 30 cents on a dollar for what he owed them. He ripped them off just like he did his investors. The money that you say Obama cost investors in GM was already gone. The company was bankrupted Obama saved the jobs which is more then the republicans would have done. The stocks had already dropped to less then a dollar a share before the feds stepped in. You really need to check the facts before you say things. I follow the stock market and in fact my brothers bought some GM stock on the hopes that the Fed would save their value, he only lost about $1,000 on the deal but it was worth the gamble. I see you still have bothered to read the history of Trump the business man. To bad for you.

It’s like your boss only paying you for three days work when you had worked for two weeks. Just when did the WSJ become liberal? You just can’t see the fool you are being played for. I guess his three wives are made up by the media also . In the end Hillary will out spend him because she has friends, who does Trump have? You seem to think that there is something that Hillary could go to jail for but after all the years of trying the republicans just can’t find anything that will stick. The media will not abandon her, it would cost them to much money. They want a hard fought race because who do you think gets all those campaign dollars, the media. You are so naive. I have worked in the media as well as on campaigns and I know that the hotter the race the happier the media is.

I agree that the media will not abandon Hitlery until they’re forced to. When Trump starts buying ads that show all her lies and illegal actions, Hitlery’s house of cards will start to crumble. Then the media, sensing that she can win, will through her under the bus. Look for Michelle Obama to topple Hitlery. Remember, you saw it here first. Trump, per all the liberal sources, DOES have the money to out spend any foe and not even make a dent in his fortune. That’s why he is so feared – he doesn’t have to suck up to any group or person. When the media abandons Hitlery, they will do they’ll claim that in doing so, that they’re not biased.

Trump has a total worth of $3.8 billion. He owns a lot of real estate which you can’t spend and I don’t see him selling. He doesn’t have the party behind him because he is worse then Cruz at ticking them off. Hillary is one of the best fundraisers ever. This election will be the most expensive in history with a total of a billion dollars per party. She will have the money advantage and that gives her the media, they will keep her going till she runs out of money which won’t happen. She has the organization that Trump doesn’t have. Also remember that it’s the electoral college that elects the president and the democrats have an advantage there. The republicans wish Hillary broke some law but they can’t find anything, and they have tried. Sooner or later Trump is going to have to explain what he will do as president and at that point he is dead in the water. He can only get away with saying it’s all on my web page. He doesn’t know what on his page. He has one other problem, his supporters do vote, they make a lot of noise but they don’t show up at the polls. Hillary will win by getting out the vote.

Even your fellow low-information folks like bobnstuff and jmprint have had to agree that Obama is ranked no higher than 18 and most experts put him in the mid-30s (either just after or just before GW). You really are low information! Favorable rating from the country does not relate to how good a president is. Besides, Obama is at best in the mid-40% favorable. His rating as a president, has him among the WORST the country EVER had. He’s rated at being on a par with Carter! The presidents are rated by many groups of “political experts”. The highest any of these groups rates Obama is 18 with the lowest rating him 43! Try to get a little better informed before you demonstrate to the entire forum how truly low information you are!

About the only thing you got right is that “Obama is going down!”. Your link shows how poorly you are informed. In many locals, it’s perfectly legal to earn a small amount of money and still collect unemployment. If, as your dumb link implies, what she did was illegal, don’t you think she would have called on it by now? The reason she hasn’t is because it was legal. The highest Obama was ever rated by the “political experts” was 15, and that was after 18 months. His numbers have continued to drop the longer he has been in office.
So you campaign? That only makes you a shill for the Dem organization. It says nothing positive and in fact most probably negative about your knowledge. The campaign leaders prefer to keep their worker ants (that’s you) as poorly informed as possible so they don’t enter in to discussions (like this forum) and show folks how little they know.
If you feel you can PROVE that Obama is headed for number 1, then for sure you have tons of proof, not garbage like the link you provided, that would show him riding even above 10th place. I didn’t think so!

You just can’t handle the fact that the DEMS have been handing you a bag of crap all these years and you didn’t realize it. You make it way too easy to show how low information liberals are. Favorability rating has nothing to do with how good a president is. “Political experts” rank the presidents. The highest any of the liberal “experts” rank Obama is 18. Most “experts” rank Obama in the low to mid 30s. A few “experts” even rank Obama at 43 – lower than Carter. FYI, the liberal media keep lying about Obama to keep his numbers up. These same liberal media constantly attacked GW, yet their mid-term favorability ratings were very similar.

If there is something this country that this country needs is Government Class. It is so obvious that so many people don’t know a thing about how their government works. I asked my grandson, “Don’t they teach Government any more?” and he said they do not. I hope that we can get Dems in and that they would require Government class. It is no wonder there are so many people that don’t know who to vote for or how to figure out how to decide who to vote for. It is appalling to the people today that they did not have that class. I don’t know if it was taken away just by certain states or all the states. I’m thinking that maybe it is certain states, as that would be the reason that some don’t know what they are talking about while others do, or maybe it is the age difference. The younger than us ones were robbed of an important class.

If people want something legitimate to be mad about, it should be the dumbing down of America. It started with Bush. He needed people to be stupid, I guess; or they would have figured out what he was doing to us. We knew it all along, but the younger generations got screwed out of their full education, and that is something to be mad about. We were once the smartest people in the world, but the Rs made sure that we are no longer the most intelligent. I would bet that the Kochroaches had something to do with that; just too much coincidence going on. I hope we can get those classes back. They obviously don’t teach actual math either. That is obvious whenever at the cashier trying to pay cash for something. They can’t figure out how much change to give back and we have to tell them. (We figure it out in our heads, they can’t figure it out with a cash register). I hope we can get Dems to bring back an entire education again, instead of just a few subjects, and make our country smart again.

Life rules their religion just like most other people. The Catholic Church is set up as a government, do you fear them, are you afraid that the Catholics will take over the world? They tried a while back I think it was called the Holy Roman Empire. You are afraid of the boogeyman created by the media. You say be afraid and I ask you of what? There are a lot of much more dangerous things then terrorists in our country. As I said you are in greater danger of a vending machine falling on you. As far as the refugees go why would ISIL waste their time sending sleepers in with the refugees when they can sail right up to any coast and walk off a boat. I will let you live in fear and support a man who has damage our countries standing as a world leader. Those welfare cheats all by themselves steal less than one major corporation steals when it sends its money overseas to avoid the taxes that you and I cannot avoid. You don’t think black people have been brutalized and treated unfairly by not just a fair portion of white people, but by law enforcement, long before Obama was elected president?
            Everything is not Obama’s fault.
You spew all the FOX/Brietbart/Limbaugh talking points like they are fact. Actually Trump was right about something … Back in an interview in People magazine in 1995 he said if he ever ran for president he would run as a republican, because republicans are gullible idiots. He found you, didn’t he?

You hit the nail on the head. The reason our country is so divided is because certain people are mad that certain other people don’t “know their place” anymore. They fear change and any disruption to the status quo. People standing up for getting screwed over instead of sitting down and shutting up means we are “divided”, according to their logic.

In spite of your insulting sentence at the end of your post I will answer you. While I understand that blacks have gotten the shitty end of the stick for many years, how many does it take for retribution? When is it time to take the c0@k by the shaft and become responsible for your own actions? Vote democratic and keep yourself on the plantation for another 150 years or take responsibility for your own actions and do something about it! 60 years of trying to help the black population help themselves has not worked in the manner intended. The small percentage of blacks give the whole a bad rep and it’s time for the predominance of them to speak up and tell that percentage to quit making fools of themselves and their race.

I was young and did not follow things the way I do now but I’m not saying that racism and injustice does and did not not exist in this country for many years. It did, no doubt and with very little merit. I’m referring to today’s’ situation inasmuch as the revolt and utter disgust with the prejudiced attitude going on within the country within the black and white community. I see a small percentage of the black community taking advantage of the feeling that they have been downtrodden all their lives and are looking for retribution in all the wrong places at the expense of hard working Americans that had nothing to do with transgressions of the yesteryear.

Uncle Tom not good for blacks? Are you saying that any black man that sacrifices, works hard to make something of himself is someone to be looked DOWN upon by the black community and thought of as to be kissing the white mans’ ass? There are certain things that you are just flat out wrong about but if you would stop assuming everyone who disagrees with the extreme right wing agenda is a flaming leftist, you’d find that we do share common ground. Yes, I support Bernie and a large reason for that is not being a Big Money Puppet. In that regard, Hillary is almost as bad as the GOP establishment. I have issues with Obama for the same reason.

I’m an accountant and my main concerns about the country revolve around the economy. The USA looks an awful lot like it did in the 1920s before the Great Depression. Trickle down BS is going to crash our economy again if we don’t take steps to change how money is circulated in the country. And no, I don’t want a welfare state either. What I want is a system where people can earn enough money to support themselves without relying on the taxpayers for handouts.

For example: Corporate welfare has to stop. If Wal-Mart won’t pay their employees a living wage, every dime of food stamp money their employees get should get taxed right out of the pocket of the Waltons. I’m tired of footing the bill so they can be obscenely rich.

Trump’s tax plan is just as insane as everyone else’s in the GOP. If we continue giving away massive amounts of money to those at the very top, we’re going to blow up the debt and crash the economy. In a consumer based economy, if the consumers don’t have money, the system doesn’t work. “Job creators” is the most ridiculous BS myth I have ever heard when it comes to economic standards. Rich people don’t create jobs. The middle class creates jobs. They get money, they spend money, and businesses hire more employees to keep up with business. Rich people have no reason to hire more people when there is no business to be done. When all the money goes to the top, the entire system crashes on itself.

That’s why I support Sanders. Not to create more moochers but to create more and better earners so we have fewer moochers.

Very well put Hawaiian and I respect an answer such as yours. I agree we share an abundance of common ground and the extreme right wing is BS. I consider myself a moderate on social issues but a right winger on the economy. Trump is the epitome of anti Big Money puppet which is why I am in his corner. Is he a bombastic narcissist with a very large ego? Of course he is but I believe he’s a winner that truly has the countries best interest at heart. All the rest, both sides with Sanders being the exception, are and will be controlled by the same people who brought us were we are today. The Vanderbilt family, the Rothchilds, Kochs and Soroses. Their NWO is the agenda and will stop at nothing including murder to accomplish that goal.

Corporate welfare WILL stop under a Trump administration but will it be realized immediately? Not until the incentives kick in to bring money and jobs back to this country via controversial tax savings and perhaps even tariffs on products shipped back minimizing the savings seen through cheap overseas labor. Under a Sanders plan it would drive business away from the US and into the arms of Mexico and China

His tax plan is very simple and definitely will impact bigger money makers in a negative way as they will not have the loopholes present today.

You are correct inasmuch as the middle class do create the jobs in the form of forming small business. Incentives to create them which create a big percentage of jobs in the US is his idea when talking about making America great again. Government has made it not only difficult to open a small business with endless red tape and regulation but demonized them for making something of themselves. “You didn’t create that business” Does that sound familiar? Most rich people haven’t been that way all their lives. Small business made them rich and they in turn hired people who pay taxes and spend money.

Tell me how Sanders plans on creating jobs through small business or any other manner. All I hear is free this and free that and I wonder where it will come from and am surprised that you, being an accountant, don’t feel the same way

You’re correct that Big Money controls both sides of the coin. That’s why I don’t like the Democrats. I just understand that the Republicans are much, much worse.

I agree about tariffs. If we don’t allow the big corporations to profit by using cheap foreign labor, they no longer have incentive to send jobs out of the country. I got something for Christmas this year that epitomizes everything wrong with the USA. It was an insulated cup. On the bottom it said, designed in Tennessee, made in China. That angers me every time I see it. Made in America actually means something to me.

You’re wrong about Bernie’s plans sending more jobs overseas. If you want to do business in America, you pay to play the game. If the big corporations don’t like it and they leave, then someone else will take their place. There’s still more money to be made here even paying higher taxes than there is losing business here altogether.

You’re just flat out wrong about the effects of Trump’s tax plan.

            http://news.groopspeak.com/report-trump-tax-plan-to-cost-taxpayers-nearly-10-trillion-in-just-10-years/

I could keep posting links but you get the idea. I’d rather not explode the debt any more than it already is. Don’t let Trump’s support of tariffs and closing loopholes fool you. It’s a trick done to fool people like you into thinking he has your best interests at heart. His tax plan is a massive giveaway to the richest of the richest and would bankrupt the USA.

Something you are right about is red tape killing small businesses. The problem with that is Republicans using that as an excuse to allow the big corporations to screw us over even further. I agree that we should give much more freedom to the smaller business but we can’t treat mega-corporations in the same way. Their CEOs are making 3/4/500 times what their average worker makes. When a company does extremely well, everyone in the company should do extremely well, not just those at the top. Things like profit sharing, ownership in the company for employees and caps on the ratio of CEO to lowest worker pay would help curb that trend.

The idea of free this and free that from Bernie is a misconception. Free college is not free college. It’s an investment by the people of the USA with the wealth of the USA to improve the future of the USA. The same thing goes for universal healthcare and infrastructure spending and every other investment we make for the benefit of society as a whole. There is more than enough wealth in the USA to pay for these things. How the GOP lies about it is by saying how much it will cost without saying how much it will save. I dunno about you but I would rather pay an extra $200 a month in taxes for healthcare than having to pay $500 a month to a private insurance company. Conservatives scare you into thinking your taxes will go up by $200 without mentioning the fact that you will actually be spending $300 less. That’s my main problem with Obamacare. It’s not socialism like conservatives claim it is. It is and has always been a capitalist scheme because it continues enriching the private insurance companies at the cost of our society. Maybe you don’t like the idea of socialized medicine but I don’t like the idea of playing with people’s lives for a profit. Every other major country does it at lower costs and better healthcare results. I am a fiscally responsible person. I want the system that costs less and works more efficiently.

You’re wrong about the fact that when companies leave America that one will replace it. If costs are too high here for one how and why could another make it profitable? Those jobs will be lost forever like our manufacturing jobs.

I’m not an accountant nor an economist Hawaiian but nowhere in those articles does it account for any savings that may be made by cutting costs of things the government is responsible for providing. Trump is good in doing that!

I agree the wage gap between CEO’s and their workers is greater than ever in history but mandating lower wages for them or higher for the workers is not the answer imo. Another form of socialism. Just more government intervention that we must get away from. I don’t know the answer to that.

Free college would be an investment ONLY if a job were available upon graduation. A liberal arts degree does not guarantee employment and many students use college as a social environment instead of a stepping stone to employment. Not everyone is cut out for college either. Perhaps a trade school is a better idea for many but the bad stigma of being blue collar doesn’t appeal to the parents or the masses even though those jobs pay well and could lead to owning one’s own business. What about the parents who, myself included, have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to put children through school? Doesn’t set well with me.

I would not be against a single payer system for healthcare as long as it doesn’t take away incentive to medical professionals to provide the best service. Why is it that many of the rich in Canada for example come to the USA for surgeries instead of having it done at home? Could be the quality.

It sounds like you’re somewhat of a Bernie supporter and would be a much better choice than the Hildabeast but don’t believe he has a snowballs chance in hell of the nomination.

How am I wrong that new companies will replace the old? The need for business won’t stop just because some greedy rich twit doesn’t want to pay the employees and pay the taxes to do business in the USA. This is not about costs being too high and a business not being profitable. This is about paying cheap foreign labor instead of paying good wages to American workers. The business in the USA will still be profitable. It’s just that the owner will only make 500 million a year instead of a billion a year. Cry me a river. And our manufacturing jobs don’t have to be lost forever. We just have to establish a system where it is more profitable for companies to manufacture products here to be sold here. Tariffs can be raised and lowered based on the economics needs of that time. If we’re losing too many jobs, raise the tariffs. If we’re fully employed, lower the tariffs.

Cutting 10 million in costs when you lose 100 million in revenue is not saving money. I agree that cutting costs is a good thing but not when you lose money overall through these insane tax cuts Trump and every other Gopper wants to implement. You should really study up on taxes and how they affect the economy. Every time the super rich get huge tax cuts, the economy tanks. Every time taxes go up on the super rich, the economy thrives. History proves this. The best economy and the strongest middle class the USA has ever had was under FDR’s New Deal. The 50s through the mid-70s was the golden age for our country. Everything has been downhill since trickle down took hold. And if you think government regulation of the economy is a bad thing, I suggest you study up on what life was like in the USA back in the late 1800s to early 1900s when there were no regulations and no worker protections; back in the robber baron days of Rockefeller and Carnegie. When the GOP say they want to take the country back, that’s what they want to take it back to. I know you think government intervention is a bad thing but we’d all be working for slave wages without it, just like they were a century ago.

You’re not going to get any argument from me on these soft liberal millennials who want safe spaces and liberal arts degrees. Trade school should be a part of the deal and should be encouraged instead of stigmatized. Here’s another reminder of what life was like under FDR’s New Deal. Public universities used to be close to free back then too. It’s not a new concept. BTW, Bernie is just talking about funding tuition for public universities, not private ones. The Yales and the Harvards of the world would still be there and still be super expensive.

As for Bernie’s chances of beating Hillary… don’t let the MSM and their polls fool you. Bernie has a much better chance at beating her than they would have you believe. The same MSM and the same polls had Hillary crowned as the nominee 8 years ago too. Also, Bernie has outperformed Obama in donations, crowds, volunteers, etc. at this same point in the race. If you ignored the MSM and only looked at the other metrics, it’s Bernie who would appear to be the front runner. A poll of a thousand people with landlines might say Hillary is the frontrunner but when tens of thousands of people in Iowa show up to see Bernie in a matter of days in the week leading up to Christmas, that tells you a different story.

Hey, check this out. I got a reply and a RT from none other than the Hulk himself, Mark Ruffalo. The link is to Fox Nation of all places. Out of currently over 75k votes, 54% of them are for Bernie. https://twitter.com/HawaiianTater/status/679517182649171968

Hi Tater, nice to make your acquaintance and speak civilly with someone instead of hurling insults..lol. I’m originally from the Chicago area and now a transplant in Columbia SC. My sister lives in Birmingham.

If it were as simple as you say why have all the manufacturing jobs that have gone to Mexico and overseas not been replaced with new American companies? I think it’s because the cost of investment vs. ROI would not qualify for bank financing not to mention the risk involved in competing with a company that has such a cheap labor advantage Tater. They could price you out of the market quickly and leave you with a huge investment loss. Why invest in that when you could put your money someplace else with less risk? It’s all about exposure in my opinion. I agree that a system must be established to overcome the above mentioned obstacles and Trump is just the guy to get that job done I believe as he knows what will motivate local investments.

If 20 million jobs were created along with cost cuts I think the income from those jobs would more than make up for any revenue lost from tax cuts. Now again, I’m no economist but it does seem to make sense, no?

The reason our middle class was the strongest in the history of the world was because we destroyed every other nations capacity during WWII. We became the only game in town. If you look back historically the middle class created in this country during those times was an aberration. It’s always been the haves and the have nots. From 1945 to the mid 80’s we rebuilt the world then the world caught up and the result was a world economy and because our leaders and the unions didn’t foresee this coming here we are today.

What would be the qualifications for students to attend these free public colleges? Put a mirror under their nose and if it fogs you’re in? Again, not all qualify for higher education and if paid for by the individual it may be determined that their money may be better spent in a trade school or another endeavor. I don’t trust the government to make those decisions. (As I sit here listening to this POS POTUS executing yet another executive order)

You may be right about Bernie being able to beat the Hildabeast. These polls mean very little and agree that between the two he would be a MUCH better choice as he seems to be a genuine, honest individual that also has the nations best interest at heart. The media has anointed that bitch, for what reason I’ll never know, as their favorite candidate and trying subliminally to get the sheeple to agree.

I like Mark Ruffalo as an actor a lot. He’s played a variety of roles and done a great job with every one of them. Never seen one of his movies that I didn’t really like! So he’s a Bernie fan too huh?

What do you do in Bama Tater? I own a couple of bars here in SC, one being a redneck/biker type bar, the other 100 yards away next door is more of an “urban” bar, if ya know what I mean…lol

Screw that. I hope Nick Saban and the rest of the Roll Turd die in a bus crash on the way to the game. Okay, I’m exaggerating a bit. I wouldn’t wish death on them. Deaf, blind and quadriplegic would be acceptable. I’m an Auburn guy if you haven’t figured it out yet. I don’t do anything IN Alabama. Not if I can help it. I’m from there but I haven’t been there in over a decade. Home Sweet Home in Hawai’i.

If you listen to Bernie talk about his college plans, he’s always said it’s for qualified students. You’ll still have to earn your way through with hard work. I assume all the same academic standards would still apply but I don’t know every last detail of how it would work.

I’m happy you realize that Bernie is an honest man. Even most people on the right who don’t agree with his policies at least recognize that he is who he says he is. I’ll take that over Hillary any day of the week. She has this habit of seeing what is popular so she can decide what position she will take this week. Bernie has been rock steady with his same positions for decades. It shows integrity to stick by your principles even if they are not popular at the time.

The reason the manufacturing jobs have not been replaced is because we keep allowing the big corporations to profit from cheap foreign labor. Why pay 10 bucks an hour in the USA when you can pay 50 cents an hour in China? The only way those jobs come back is if we start putting tariffs on the goods they ship back. When it becomes more profitable to pay American workers and keep the jobs in the USA, that’s exactly what they will do. I’m admittedly oversimplifying things but that is the basic concept of it.

“If 20 million jobs were created along with cost cuts I think the income from those jobs would more than make up for any revenue lost from tax cuts. Now again, I’m no economist but it does seem to make sense, no?”

It’s a good sounding theory but it doesn’t work. Look up the Kansas economy under Brownback to see what the entire USA would look like if the GOP gets the WH. The evidence doesn’t back up the claims.

In a perfect world, everyone who works full time would make good money and pay their fair share of taxes without government interference and regulation. We don’t live in a perfect world however and the people with the money are not going to pay the people who work for them unless they are forced to do it, either through taxes or wage laws or a combination of the two. I’m not anti-capitalist but the idea of a free market ever being fair to the working man is a myth. Unregulated capitalism is just as bad as the communist version of socialism. You’re either owned by the corporations or owned by the government but either way you’re owned. Bernie’s brand of democratic socialism is to mix the two. We’ll still have capitalism but it will be regulated in a way that makes it fair for all and doesn’t allow the rich to rig the game.

BTW, you should totally ask me my thoughts on why Trump is REALLY running for president lol

How can anyone who knows the actual Constitutional powers given to the executive branch of our government be so blind as to think for a moment that @DonaldJTrump could accomplish all of his proposed “I Will” rhetoric? Would the other two branches sit silently and approve his every proposal? I can guarantee you they would not. Now “Dictator” Trump……maybe.

Oh yeah, Donald Trump is absolutely making America great again. If he gets the nom, not only will the WH be a lock for the Dems, so will the Senate and even the heavily gerrymandered House will be in play. Even if he doesn’t get the nom, his exposure of the racist, factually challenged GOP base has done so much damage to the Republican party, they have virtually no chance of getting back into the WH. You can’t piss off every voting bloc who is not white, evangelical Christian and expect to be competitive on the national stage. Even the so called “smart” Republicans knew they had a demographics problem after getting their butts whipped in 2012. Now the demographics favor Dems even more and Trump is nose diving what little chance the GOP had left at taking the WH.

    Thanks, Trump!

More people call themselves conservatives than liberals. Hitlery, if she’s not in prison by the summer, will have a hard time getting people to overlook all the lies that, whoever the Reps nominate, will surely hammer to the public. Spoiler alert, NOT all voters are as low information as you and will realize all the lies the Clintons have told.

And Hitlery ACTUALLY claims she can’t recall the answers to 53 questions presented by the Benghazi committee. And Hitlery ACTUALLY denied the request for added security for Stevens. And Hitlery ACTUALLY hid the business books … and the list ACTUALLY is quite a bit longer. Lots of ammunition to shoot Hitlery with. BTW, Nixon ACTUALLY did the honorable thing and resigned rather than put the country through a messy set of hearings. Will Hitlery have the same “honor” and withdraw? or will she be FORCED to? My bet is Hiterly will be asked to step aside by the DNC and she will claim foul and spill the beans on Obama’s dirty laundry.

Your are correct that FinCen “fined” Trump Taj Mahal $10,000,000. That’s were correct stops. First off, FinCen fining a business is like you suing someone for $1 million. Trump Taj Mahal admitted that they had inadequate accounting practices and indicated that better practices would be put into place. Trump Taj Mahal filed for bankruptcy in November 2014 and was approved March 4, 2015. FinCen “fined” Trump Taj Mahal after that date. Thus any “fines” would be left to the outcome of the bankruptcy results. Nothing illegal was done, no one was charged with illegal activities and no one admitted guilt and no “fine” has been paid.
On the other hand, when Trump gets the Rep nomination, his ads will viciously attach Hitlery and the Rep congress, who have shied from pressing Hitlery for fear of being called sexists, will take up filing to indite Hitlery. Several Sunday newspapers speculated on whether it would be legal for Hitlery to run for an office that she would be removed from if found guilty. After Trump is selected, Hitlery will be forced to withdraw.

You keep going back to the Nixon tapes? The Nixon tapes were recorded privately to assist Nixon to write his memoirs. Erasing or even burning the tapes would not be considered a crime.
There are now 1340 emails of Hitlery that have been defined as classified. Another 2 have been defined as “super classified” in that US security could have been compromised. Hitlery also DELETED 30,000 emails in an attempt to show that she ONLY used her private server for sending Bill emails. Unfortunately for Hitlery, Bill, on national TV said he had only sent or received 2 emails in his entire life. Over 100 FBI agents are claiming that individuals who had done lots less illegal acts, have been successfully tried and convicted and have gone on record that if Hitlery is not charged, they will go public with the facts.
So using your writing style, Hitlery ACTUALLY committed several felonies. Hopefully, the evidence will cause AG and Obama to step in and Hitlery will have to withdraw.

Your ignorance is appalling. You are truly one of the lowest information folks around. Most likely from listening to MSNBC and thinking that what the Dems are feeding you is true.
You throw around historical events and think you are helping your case, when in fact, your historical events have nothing of truth to help prove your case or enhance your position.
You must be a product of a common core education. I’m sure among your crowd of friends, you think you are well informed, but the reality is that you have not a clue about what you ramble about. The best example is FinCen. Ford pardoned Nixon to eliminate any effort from the Dems to pursue criminal proceedings. Nixon never had to “accept” – the pardon was granted, period!
