Tiny Hands PAC’s First Ad Demands That Trump ‘Release The Measurements’

Forget Trump’s tax returns (okay, don’t): One new SuperPAC wants his hand measurements.

Americans Against Insecure Billionaires With Tiny Hands PAC, a parody political action committee, has released real– yes, real —ads in Washington, D.C. that demand the Republican nominee to release the exact size of his hands.

“It’s a dangerous time for Americans. We need a president who can grasp the complexity of the world, and hold off the decline of a great nation,” a somber-sounding narrator says.

“If the White House phone rings at 3 a.m., will his little hands even pick up the receiver?” one voter from the ad asks, as a set of baby hands stumbles over a phone. “How can he create jobs if his hands are too small to shake on the deal?” another voter wonders.

Tough questions like these demand answers.

Even if you’re a Trump supporter, you should find this funny.

No Trump supporter is possessed of a sense of humour, or even an ability to comprehend the longer words in that video.

You need to understand them if you want to convince them. De-huminizing your opponent it de-huminzes yourself, and only makes one feel better about one’s self in the short term. There is a plurality in our nation all across the demographic spectrum that is convinced that no one is hearing them, and maybe they’re right. Witness the efforts over that last year by the folks running things to give the voters a choice between the two tired old families that have been in public “service” waaaay too long. I don’t particularly care for the choice the Republicans made, but at least they bucked the establishment.

          I didn’t say I didn’t understand them. There’s no winning them over.
